Find Exceptional Crew, With Confidence

Every candidate reference-checked in person, matched to your yacht and to the people already on it.

How I work

Four steps, and no volume

  1. Consult. An honest conversation about the yacht, the programme and the crew dynamic you already have.
  2. Search. Drawing on over 30 years of experience in the industry and a network built over that time — not a job board.
  3. Vet. Certification verified, and references taken by phone with previous captains and owners.
  4. Introduce. A short list of genuine candidates, followed up once they are on board.

Before you get in touch

Common questions from owners and captains

How does the placement process work?

It starts with a conversation about the yacht — the programme, the crew already on board, the owner’s style and what has not worked before. From there you receive a small number of candidates who have each been spoken to directly and reference-checked.

Which positions do you recruit for?

Every department: deck from deckhand to captain, engineering including chief engineer and ETO, galley from crew chef to head chef, and interior from stewardess through chief stewardess and purser.

Do you place rotational and seasonal crew?

Yes. Permanent, seasonal and rotational positions across the Mediterranean, Caribbean and United States, including new-build crewing from the yard through to handover.

How many candidates will I see?

Deliberately few. The point of working this way is a handful of people you can actually read about rather than a database export. Where a role is genuinely hard to fill, you will be told that rather than sent volume.

Can you replace a crew member discreetly?

Yes. Confidential searches — replacing someone who is still in post — are handled without the current crew member or the wider market being aware.
